The Sims 3
I've been playing sims for years, literally. I was drawn to the idea of the game for years before I ever even played it. I had never really played computer games other than cards and the occasional talking moose widget, yes I am that old, but that is neither here nor there... point is, I saw the game in stores and had always been drawn to the concept. It wasn't until Sims 2 was well out though that I finally tried the original Sims. with all it's expansions. I think it was found at a thrift store or some such so there was no real money investment required so I took the risk... and I loved it.
There were grave limitations to that first rendition, but it didn't take me long to realize, it was just Barbies on your computer... and I loved my Barbies as a kid so I fell even more in love with the game.
To this day, I still remember one of my favorite families I created in that original game. I remember their house, the vacations I took them on, the pets, the kids they had... yes, my geek is showing a bit here, but who cares. I loved that game.
So as soon as I could, I upgraded to Sims 2 and started collecting expansion packs. I went wild creating date spots with the Late Night expansion. Spent countless hours causing mayhem in University Life and of course turned more sims than I can count "accidentally" into plant sims due to my love of gardening.

For me, it made the scene mostly forgettable. The song was smart, lots of foreshadowing and gave me high hopes for the rest of the film, but then... it's like they set a scene and never used it. The song however makes its way onto many of my playlists so there's something!
Also, the pacing was too fast to really develop an emotional connection to the characters which is what impacts the final scenes. The more you care about the characters, the more you're going to emotionally invest in the final scenes even though you know the good guys win and everyone gets their happy ever after, you still hold your breath and a lump forms in your throat, then joy when the happy ending comes to be. You leave the theater happy and how you feel when the credits roll is how you'll remember the film.
When the credits rolled I was like,
